Bookings
Is it possible to book directly on the website? Is it convenient?
Availability and prices on our website www.antaresagriturismo.it are always up-to-date and usually the most convenient, generally 10% lower than the main online booking sites.
How does payment work for a booking? What happens to the deposit in case of cancellation?
To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit is required, payable via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. We offer two types of rates with different cancellation policies. The standard rate is cheaper and the deposit is lost in case of cancellation; the flex rate allows the deposit to be refunded if cancellation is made up to 15 days before check-in.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Can I arrive earlier or leave later?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is possible only if available and has a cost to be agreed upon (30-40-50% of the room rate).
Is it possible to check in at night?
No, night check-in is not possible.
Rooms & Services
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms have air conditioning and independent heating.
Is Wi-Fi available? Can I work remotely?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free throughout the rooms and restaurant area. Being in the countryside, the connection is not always stable, but many guests have used it for video calls or remote work.
How often are rooms tidied and towels changed? Can I request daily service?
Rooms and towels are serviced every other day. Daily service can be requested at an additional cost of €10 per set.
Do rooms have outdoor space?
Yes, all rooms have outdoor space with a table and two chairs. Single rooms access their outdoor space through a corridor.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are allowed on request, with a cleaning fee of €30. Not all rooms are pet-friendly, so please check before booking. Booking does not guarantee a pet-friendly room.
Is there a bar service? What are the hours?
Yes, a bar service is available with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, espresso coffee, packaged ice creams, and aperitifs. Open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Restaurant
What does the restaurant menu include and what is the price? Is there a kids’ menu?
Our restaurant offers a daily menu including an appetizer, choice of two first courses, choice of two second courses, water and wine included, costing €33 for dinner or €28 for half-board. The menu for external guests is €35, and a kids’ menu is available at a lower cost.
What type of cuisine does the restaurant offer?
The restaurant serves typical Salento dishes. Vegetables come from our organic garden, prepared simply to highlight their flavor. Daily menus are rooted in traditional local cuisine: “li morsi,” “Ciceri e tria,” macaroni with strong ricotta, cavatelli with beans and mussels, potato “cocule”… simple, tasty, authentic, and zero km.
Is à la carte service available?
No, only the daily menu is offered with appetizer, choice of two first courses, choice of two second courses, water and wine included.
Can external guests dine at the restaurant?
Yes, external guests are welcome with reservation.
Are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergy options available?
Our cuisine is mainly plant-based with seasonal vegetables from our farm. Vegetarian and vegan options are often available. Please notify us of dietary requirements at booking or arrival.
Is the restaurant open at lunch?
No, only dinner service is available.
Can a menu be shared among several people?
No, menu sharing is not possible. Our goal is to provide a complete meal at a fair price with fresh local ingredients. Limited seating ensures attentive and professional service.
Swimming Pool
What are the opening hours?
Open daily from June 1 to September 30, from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Is a swimming cap mandatory?
Yes, for hygiene reasons, caps are recommended.
Can the pool be used at night?
No, for safety reasons, the pool is closed at night.
Can meals or drinks be consumed by the pool?
Meals are not allowed by the pool. Drinks are permitted only if no glass containers are used.
Can I bring personal towels or rent them?
Yes, you can bring your own towels or rent them at reception for €3 each.
General
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, check-out by 9:30 AM.
Is parking available?
Yes, ample free parking is available on site.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Is it possible to stay without a car?
Not recommended. The beach is 2.5 km away, the road is dangerous to walk at night. Rental info available on request.
Is laundry service available or is there a washing machine?
No laundry service, but a small common laundry with a washing machine is available for guests.
